Minimum of two years sales and customer service work experience with the following abilities:
- Excellent communication skills (outbound/inbound phone calls and in person)
- Excellent time management skills and goal setting skills
- Comfortable working in a performance based environment
- Ability to serve families in a professional, respectful and timely manner
- Ability to work and make decisions under pressure
- Detail oriented
- Willingness to learn, and grow
