Sacred Heart Center (SHC) seeks a full-time Administrative Program Assistant.

The Administrative Program assistant is an initial welcoming contact with visitors to the Sacred Heart Center and will address or refer calls and inquires to the appropriate staff person. In addition, the Administrative Program Assistant provides administrative support to the programs of Sacred Heart Center and to the Executive Director. As administrative support, this position maintains office supplies, maintains files and archives and assists with donor management.
Ideal candidates for this position will share our commitment to our mission and to our values of compassion, inclusion, equity, and collaboration, and have related experience. High School Graduate or equivalent (Associates degree preferred); Bilingual in Spanish and English; proficient in Microsoft Office programs; must have strong communication skills; option for some flexible hours and must have time management and organizational skills.
