Bustamantees el Director Ejecutivo de la Oficina de Diversidad Cultural y Outreach en la Arquidiócesis de Washington D.C. Con una maestría en estudios latinoamericanos de la Universidad de Georgetown, licenciatura en Teología Pastoral de la Universidad Loyola Marymount y veinte años de experiencia ministerial.
