|Peninsula Catholic High School in Newport News, Virginia is seeking a Director of Enrollment. This position provides visionary leadership in the development, implementation, and achievement of strategic recruitment, retention, and graduation goals of the school. The Director is responsible for critical recruitment and marketing strategies, enrollment projections, goals, budgets, policies, procedures and guidance for the Enrollment process. Responsibilities: ● Develops an annual student recruitment plan for the campus; ● Oversees the development of a strong pool of applicants that yields a diverse student body; ● Directs recruitment, follow-up, conversion and overall enrollment of all applicants; ● Monitors results to ensure the achievement of targets ● Coordinates school visit days, Open Houses, and shadowing opportunities; ● Promotes the school by making presentations and speeches at conferences, community events, parishes, Feeder schools throughout the Peninsula and Southside; ● Recruits and trains representative students and parents to work as ambassadors to promote the school and assist with recruitment activities; ● Coordinates with the administration and marketing in the development of the application and other publications for incoming students; ● Documents progress of applicants at all stages of the Enrollment process and coordinates and implements any placement testing for incoming students; ● Assists with orientations for new students and/or new parents; ● Tracks enrollment statistics for students at all stages of the enrollment process and prepares reports; ● Supervises an assistant; ● Works with International agencies on recruitment of International students. ● Proposes an annual plan and detailed budget for Enrollment; ● Coordinates with the Marketing to ensure recruitment materials and website accuracy and appeal, and efficient and effective use of advertising and promotion budgets.
