    • Behavioral Health Services for Military Families
    • Military Family Life Consultant (MFLC) offers trained, licensed professional counselors for service members & their families to speak with free of charge for up to 12 sessions. All information shared with the counselors is kept strictly confidential & off the record, except to meet legal obligations/prevent harm to self or others. The program encourages service members & families to seek assistance when coping with the concerns of daily life, and to eliminate barriers that service members may feel prevent them from reaching out for help.
    • Army Community Service offers no-cost classes and trainings that are designed to equip Service members, Family Members, Retirees, and Department of Defense Civilians with the life skills, knowledge and support needed to face the challenges of military life.
    • Real Warrior Campaign is an initiative launched by the Defense Centers of Excellence for Psychological Health and Traumatic Brain Injury (DCoE) to promote the processes of building resilience, facilitating recovery and supporting reintegration of returning service members, veterans and their families.
    • Military One Source is your central hub and go-to-place for the military community. Non-medical counselling is also available.
