Office of the Chancellor

Purpose: The Chancellor serves the diocesan bishop as notary and secretary of the diocesan curia, and assists in carrying out the administrative needs of the diocese. Among the duties entrusted to this office are requests for dispensations and permissions, and those canonical matters entrusted to it by the bishop.
