Purpose: The Vicar for Clergy serves to staff the Bishop in those areas that pertain to the personal and professional growth and development of clergy serving in the diocese. The ministry is conceived to be holistic in approach, encompassing the physical, emotional, intellectual and spiritual components of the lives of our clergy.
