Saint Joseph Catholic School in Petersburg, VA is seeking Virginia licensed Lower Elementary School teachers who are able to provide a nurturing and Christ-centered learning environment for the 2024-25 school year.

Candidates must have a degree and be certified in Elementary Education by the Commonwealth of Virginia. 

The successful candidate(s) will consistently model Catholic values to the school community, develop positive relationships with students, and deliver developmentally appropriate lessons. Additionally, the successful candidate(s) will create differentiated and engaging learning experiences for students reflective of the Diocesan Consensus Curriculum. Candidates must also demonstrate strong social-emotional skills in relation to child development.
