Temporary Full-Time Office Manager at Saint Bridget Catholic School (Richmond)

Saint Bridget Catholic School in Richmond, VA is seeking a temporary, full-time Office Manager from the beginning of August to approximately the end of October 2024.

The Office Manager organizes and coordinates office administration and procedures to ensure effectiveness, efficiency, and safety. The office manager is also responsible for establishing positive relationships with families and faculty, developing protocols, streamlining procedures, and maintaining orders and inventory.

At a minimum, a candidate must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and while not necessary, experience as an administrative assistant in an educational setting is strongly

preferred. Successful candidates will possess a strong commitment to Catholic education, superior communication skills both written and spoken, superior interpersonal, organizational, and managerial skills, enthusiasm, a positive attitude, and flexibility, and are hardworking, collaborative team players.

This is a temporary, full-time position (35 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM – 3:00 PM, beginning in August through the end of October 2024).
