Bishop Barry C. Knestout and Msgr. Joseph Lehman, pastor of St. Bede Parish in Williamsburg, have issued letters regarding the use of St. Bede for the Feb. 1 consecration of Rev. Susan B. Haynes, newly-elected bishop of the Episcopalian Diocese of Southern Virginia.
