Business Manager, Basilica of St. Mary of the Immaculate Conception

The Basilica of St. Mary of the Immaculate Conception seeks a qualified candidate for the position of Business Manager.  The Business Manager I will oversee parish administration, including finance, human resources, facilities, information technology and provide administrative support.

 

Qualifications: Requires some related business manager / accounting experience. A minimum of three years of relevant experience in an office management role; Computer competency; Microsoft Office proficiency; Database experience; Familiarity with the Mission of the Catholic Church; The ability to manage time efficiently, set priorities
and work independently; accurate typing/word processing skills; the ability to compose business correspondence; The ability to honor and maintain confidentiality.

Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field or equivalent education and experience. Proficiency in MS Publisher, experience with ParishSOFT, PDS or comparable software

 

This position is a Full-Time position and will require approximately 40 hours per week during regular office hours. Hours outside of regular office hours are required one or more times per month and schedules may vary due to work demands.
