El tema de este año es la Religiosidad Popular, una riqueza importante de conservar entre el pueblo y la fe latina. El conferencista es Javier W. Bustamantees el Director Ejecutivo de la Oficina de Diversidad Cultural y Outreach en la Arquidiócesis de Washington D.C. Con una maestría en estudios latinoamericanos de la Universidad de Georgetown, licenciatura en Teología Pastoral de la Universidad Loyola Marymount y veinte años de experiencia ministerial.
