The Office of Real Estate reviews and manages real estate transactions and monitors construction/renovation projects throughout the Catholic Diocese of Richmond. The Office also assesses, evaluates, and makes recommendations with regard to existing real estate; acts as a liaison with legal counsel and insurance/risk management, and provides oversite of complex real estate matters in view of both Canon law and civil law. The Office of Real Estate further serves as a resource for parishes and schools on real estate and construction/renovation matters.
