The BARC Commission typically meets on the first Thursday of each month between 11AM and 4PM, depending on the number of projects to be presented. To request to be added to the BARC Agenda, please contact Vy Barto, BARC Admin, at [email protected] and/or Fr. Rob Cole, BARC Chairman. All materials for BARC, including a completed CT1545 must be submitted 10 days prior to the BARC date (Monday the week prior).
