McMahon Parater Scholarship Foundation

The McMahon Parater Scholarship Foundation is a non-profit charitable organization, duly organized and authorized under the laws of the State of Virginia and the Internal Revenue code.

The Foundation partners with CPAs and financial advisors to keep them informed about Virginia’s tax credit program, the Education Improvement Scholarship Tax Credit (EISTC) program, that meets their clients’ financial and philanthropic goals.  These relationships are vital to our mission.

The assets of the McMahon Parater Scholarship Foundation are owned and managed independently of the assets of the Catholic Diocese of Richmond.
